On August 7, 2024, the launch ceremony of the "Human Resources and Process" management consulting project, a collaboration between He Kou Wei and Sibao Management Consulting Company, was held in the conference room of He Kou Wei headquarters. The launch of this project marks a significant moment for He Kou Wei as it celebrates its 30th anniversary, taking a crucial step towards strategic transformation and management upgrade.
After careful consideration, strict selection, and comprehensive evaluation, the leadership of He Kou Wei Group ultimately decided to partner with "Sibao"—a well-known management consulting institution in the domestic industry—to embark on this transformative journey aimed at optimizing the human resources system, reshaping processes, and enhancing corporate management capabilities.
At the launch ceremony, Tang Zheng, founder of Sibao Management Consulting and dean of Sibao Business School, personally led an elite project team to attend and elaborated on the blueprint for project implementation and the configuration of the professional consulting team. Dean Tang emphasized: "The key to the project's success lies in our ability to reach a high level of 'consensus' between both parties, which includes shared concepts, clear goals, and a unified methodology. In his speech, Pi Jinchang, Managing Director of He Kou Wei Group, expressed his earnest expectations for all management personnel.
